Buggy Safari in Sharm El Sheikh Desert

Discover the beauty of the desert as you drive a buggy during a 2-hour Off-road buggy safari in Sharm El Sheikh. Master your vehicle, get securely buckled up, and follow your guide through towering sand dunes and rugged Wadis. Navigate through the resonating walls of a narrow gorge, enjoy the expansive views of the dry mountains, and then take a break to enjoy a refreshing glass of tea in a Bedouin tent; it’s a remarkable adventure to witness the sunrise or sunset over the rose-hued mountains of Sharm El Sheikh.

Pickup from Sharm el Sheikh Hotels

Our rep will pick you up from your hotel and you will be driven about 30 minutes into the desert to the buggy safari center. The time of the trip depends on your booking but we recommend you choose either sunrise or sunset to get the most beautiful views of the desert.

Get ready

Your instructor will set you up with your safety helmets and give you instructions on how to safely drive the safari buggy.

Go

First you will drive in your buggy for about 20 minutes over flat desert sand to get used to the buggy and gain your confidence. At all times you will be driving in a group and have your guide driving near you in case you require assistance.

You will then drive out to a valley between the mountains. Here the group will spend roughly 40 minutes making the most of the sand dunes and hills in the area.

Stop off

We will make one stop at a Bedouin camp, where you will get the opportunity to see how these nomadic people live and then relax under a traditional tent and sip tea.  Other refreshments are available at an additional cost.

Drive back

We will spend about 25 minutes driving back to the safari buggy center.

Return transfer

You will be met at the center by our rep and transferred back to your hotel.
